Our Story
It all started when Ed and Becky (head Serial Griller and sous Serial Griller, respectively) set out to combine two things they love: bringing people together and serving up their favourite barbecued comfort foods.
In 2019, that idea became reality with the build of their first-ever food truck — The Serial Griller.
What started on the road has grown into something more. With the opening of TSG Kitchen in Baden, they’ve created a home base for the same bold, no-fuss BBQ — now available for pop-in and take-out.
Whether you’re catching the truck at an event or stopping by the kitchen, the goal stays the same: good food, made simple, meant to be shared.

For the Love of Grilling
Ed, originally from Croatia, grew up with weekly traditional family outdoor BBQ gatherings. Today, he loves incorporating his Croatian flare into his own weekly BBQ get-togethers with his family and friends.
Becky is the customer service extraordinaire, with years of experience in the foodservice industry and joy for organizing events.
Collectively, they make the perfect duo serving up delicious bbq comfort food and bringing the community together!
